I am ever so thankful for adelle-dell person aka ~Hey-Poo-Guy [link] for letting me take a swing at her original character ISSA.i havent attempted drawing him many times and i believe this is my 3rd attempt?
i designed with blue color pencil and hit it with a few layers of ink later
anywho i hope this does Issa a little bit of justice .i wanted to add his weaponry to the pic but i couldnt get a good grasp on imagination to visualize it
lol and i hope dell doesnt kill me if ive destroyed him 
i would also like to dedicate this picture to her

I'm looking through ideas for your "birfday you is awesome" drawing and found this in the process bwaaaaaaaaaaah thanks so much akaia sama I haven't drawn Issa in like FOREVER, I need to revamp him since the last time I drew him he started looking South Korean
